The question can be solved by first calling build heap on each of the column and then calling build heap on each of the rows. Automatically it gets divided into 4 arrays with desired properties.

Hi,
I am an American. I want to Set up an Animation Studio in India. Right now i'm researching for animators. I selected India for the reason that it is cheaper compared with U.S. I intend to understand the steps for establishing a business enterprise in India, especially an animation studio.Could you fellas please guide me out?

Hi Friends,
I am suppose to submit some sort of animated promotional video to help my client on monday unfortunately the animation studio i was working with ditched me at last moment. Actually, i know it's none of your concern but i'll be really greatful if anyone can suggest a good animation studio that can work upon tight deadlines and have absolutely good qualifications.
